MP High Court Disposes Plea Challenging 100% Reservation in 600 PG Medical Seats - 27.09.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has disposed of the Writ Petition challenging 100% reservation in Post Graduate Medical seats holding that it is against the propriety to take a view on an issue that has already been referred to a Larger Bench for reconsideration.
