Delhi High Court Directs AIIMS to Constitute Medical Board Within a Day to Decide on Termination - 24.09.2021

Delhi High Court has issued directions to the Medical Superintendent, AIIMS, to immediately constitute a medical board and examine the feasibility of terminating the victim's 20 weeks old foetus.
