Karnataka HC Grants Time to Comply with Direction for Reservation to Transgenders for Recruitment - 23.09.2021

Karnataka High Court has granted four weeks time to the state government to comply with an earlier order directing it to consider providing 1% reservations to transgenders for recruitment in all state-owned corporations.
