Karnataka HC: Elections to Appoint Managing Committee of Advocates to be Conducted by HPC - 21.09.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed that the elections to appoint the Managing Committee of Advocates Association of Bengaluru is to be conducted by a seven member High Power Committee(HPC), which has been constituted by the Court. The tenure of the Committee is for a period of three years and the tenure of the present committee ended on January 23, and the election has not been conducted.
