Telangana High Court Orders Magisterial Inquiry Into Death of Hyderabad Rape Accused - 20.09.2021

Telangana High Court has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the death of Palakonda Raju, the 30-year-old accused in the case pertaining to the rape and murder of a minor girl in Hyderabad. Raju had allegedly raped and murdered a 6-year-old girl in the Singareni colony of Hyderabad in Telangana following which the victim's body had been discovered by the police authorities on September 9 triggering widespread outrage.
