SC: Moratorium Does Not Apply to Proceedings in Respect of Directors/Management of Corporate Debtor - 17.09.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the moratorium ordered under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 does not apply in respect of the directors/management of the Corporate Debtor.
