Allahabad HC Allows for Termination of Pregnancy of 14-Yr Old Rape Victim - 16.09.2021

Allahabad High Court has allowed the termination of pregnancy of a 14-year old girl noting that she was a victim of rape who was carrying an unwanted pregnancy, which is constant cause of trauma and mental torture for her being a girl of tender age.
