SC Asks for Counter Affidavit in Plea Challenging Tribunal Reforms Act 2021 - 16.09.2021

Supreme Court has asked the Central Government to file its counter-affidavit in the petitions challenging the Tribunals Reforms Act 2021 in the writ petitions filed by Madras Bar Association and Congress MP Jairam Ramesh.
