Kerala HC Directs State to Address Police Officers Deposing Against Prosecution in Criminal Cases - 16.09.2021

Kerala High Court has directed the State government to address the issue of police officers deposing against prosecution in criminal cases after their retirement, by making appropriate legislation against such practice.
