Bombay HC: 10 Years of Experience in Law for Appointment as Judicial Member in Tribunal - 15.09.2021

Bombay High Court has said 10 years of experience in law and in other specialized fields is sufficient for appointment as a judicial member in the Tribunal, quashing certain provisions of the new Consumer Protection Rules, 2020.
