SC: Bar U/s 9(3) Arbitration Act Not Applicable Before Constitution of Arbitration Tribunal - 15.09.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the bar under Section 9(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 operates only when the application under Section 9(1) had not been entertained till the constitution of the Arbitral Tribunal.
