MP HC Commutes Death Sentence of Man to Life Imprisonment on Lack of Effective Hearing - 14.09.2021

MP HC has commuting the death sentence awarded to a man to life imprisonment. The Court has noted that no sufficient opportunity was given to accused for placing mitigating circumstances on record and trial court did not consider the grant of any alternative punishment or possibility of reformation.
