Bombay HC Dismisses Application Filed by Jafar Ali Sher Ali Sayyad Seeking Quashing of FIR - 13.09.2021

Bombay High Court has dismissed an Application filed by one Jafar Ali Sher Ali Sayyad, seeking to quash a First Information Report registered against him for allegedly posting an abusive and disrespectful message about Goddess Durga on a WhatsApp group.
