Gauhati HC: Second Marriage Contracted by Muslim Man with Hindu Woman is Void - 13.09.2021

Gauhati High Court has observed that section 4 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 does not save a second marriage contracted by a Muslim male with a Hindu woman, and thus it would be void.
