MP HC Quashes Detention Order on Ground of Not Informing Detenu of Right of Representation - 10.09.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has quashed a detention order on the ground that it did not contain a stipulation informing the detenue about his right to prefer a representation against his detention by the detaining authority.
