Kerala HC Stays Stay on Decree Against Expulsion of Members for Marrying Outside Diocese - 10.09.2021

Kerala High Court has stayed the operation of an order of a District Court in Kerala which had in turn stayed a declaration given by a civil court that the practice of endogmay in Knanaya Catholic Church was unconstitutional.
