Bombay HC: Regular Drinking Water is the Fundamental Right of People - 09.09.2021

Bombay High Court has severely criticised the drinking water service provider for failing to provide for the residents of a village in Thane district. The Court has stated that it is unfortunate that even after 75 years of Independence people have to knock on the doors of the Court to get regular drinking water, which is their fundamental right.
