Karnataka HC Dismisses PIL Alleging Planting of Saplings on Government Land - 08.09.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation petition, which had alleged that sapling are being planted on government lands by collecting huge donations from the public, appreciating the steps taken by Isha Outreach for afforestation through Cauvery Calling project.
