Punjab and Haryana HC Takes Cognizance on Allegation of Rapes By Rioters During Jat Stir - 25.02.2016

Punjab and Haryana HC has taken cognizance of media reports that some women, who were commuting on Delhi-Ambala highway (NH-1), had been allegedly stripped and raped by rioters during the violent Jat agitation.
