SC Upholds Manipur HC's Directions on Pandemic Management - 07.09.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed a special leave petition filed by the Manipur State Government challenging the High Court's order in which the Court had directed the state to frame exhaustive rules to regulate State's functioning towards combating Covid in the state.
