Madras HC Directs Centre to Strictly Follow Provisions of Official Languages Act - 06.09.2021

Madras High Court has directed the Centre to strictly follow the provisions of the Official Languages Act while emphasizing that once a representation is given in English, the Centre is duty bound to respond in English.
