Delhi High Court Directs Temporary Stay of Minor in Children Home - 06.09.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the police to ensure that temporary stay in a children's home is provided to the minor girl, who left her parental home after allegedly being forced to marry an old man and her parents not letting her study, as an interim measure till the next date of hearing.
