Jharkhand HC Directs to Constitute Review Boards & Appoint Non Official Members - 06.09.2021

Jharkhand High Court has directed the State to constitute the Mental Health Review Boards (MHRB) under Section 46 and 73 of the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 within six weeks. The Court has also directed the government to appoint non-official members to the State Mental Health Authority.
