Calcutta HC Appoints Former Chief Justice Manjula Chellur to Head Probe in Post Poll Violence Cases - 03.09.2021

Calcutta High Court has notified that Justice Manjula Chellur, former Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court would head the Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the High Court to probe into allegations of post poll violence that had erupted in the State of West Bengal after the declaration of the 2021 assembly elections.
