Delhi HC Asks Centre to Submit Report on Permanent Mechanism to Deal with Inter-Country Adoptions - 03.09.2021

Delhi High Court has directed the Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India to file a report before it regarding the manner and mode of creating a permanent mechanism to deal with inter-country adoptions under Hindu Adoptions & Maintenance Act, 1956 both direct and indirect, within a period of two months.
