Madras HC Imposes Cost on Man for Filing False Affidavit - 24.02.2016

Madras HC has allowed appeal moved by school education department secretary against the court’s order directing department to provide employment to a Pudukkottai-based man and imposed a cost of Rs 5,000 on him. The decision came after observing that he had filed false affidavit before the court.
