SC Reduces Sentence as Man Convicted U/s 498A IPC Agrees to Pay Compensation to Wife & Children - 01.09.2021

Supreme Court has reduced sentence awarded to a man convicted under section 498A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 to period already undergone after he agreed to pay compensation to his wife and children.
