Karnataka High Court Allows Maternity Leave to Senior Resident Doctor Employed on Contract Basis - 01.09.2021

Karnataka High Court has quashed an order passed by the Joint Director, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Kalaburagi, denying maternity leave to a doctor employed with it on contract basis.
