Amendment in notification number S.O. 1536(E), dated the 12th May, 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 29 read with section 14 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare), number S.O. 1536(E), dated the 12th May, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 12th May, 2017, namely:-
