Kerala High Court Directs State to Speed Up Reconstitution of Selection Committee - 31.08.2021

Kerala High Court has directed the State to speed up the reconstitution of the selection committee and finalise the selection to the post of Chief Investigating Officer at the State Police Complaints Authority (SPCA). The Court has ruled so after considering the increasing number of custodial violence cases reported in the State.
