Karnataka HC: Right to Appeal Under Maintenance Act Conferred on Both Sides - 27.08.2021

Karnataka High Court has said that the right to appeal under Section 16 (1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2002 is conferred on both sides and is not limited to senior citizens or parents only.
