Delhi HC: Cannot Permit Physical Meeting of Father with Minor Son Till Fully Vaccinated - 26.08.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that it cannot pass an order permitting physical meeting of a father with his minor son, who is living with his estranged wife, unless the former is fully vaccinated, while denying an oral request made by the father of a four year old, seeking permission to bring his son home on the occasion of Janmashtami.
