CESTAT, Delhi Quashes Service Tax Commissioner Order Confirming Recovery of CENVAT Credit - 26.08.2021

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has quashed the Service Tax Commissioner’s Order confirming recovery of CENVAT credit with interest and penalty, in a relief to the Emaar MGF.
