COMPAT Stays CCI's Rs 151-Crore Penalty on Jet Airways - 23.02.2016

Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) has stayed Competition Commission of India (CCI) ‘s penalty of Rs 151.69 crore imposed on Jet Airways for alleged cartelisation in fixing fuel surcharge on air cargo.
