Allahabad High Court Dismisses Plea Seeking Shutting Down of Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty - 25.08.2021

Allahabad High Court has dismissed a plea seeking direction to the Government of India along with the Government of Uttar Pradesh to shut down Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty alleging that the 1916 Act which created it, has been repealed in the year 2016.
