Delhi HC: Issuance of Legal Notice and Filing of Complaint Case Not Abetment of Suicide U/S 306 IPC - 24.08.2021

Delhi High Court has held that issuance of a legal notice and filing of a complaint case against a person is not abetment of suicide within the meaning of sec. 306 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.
