Karnataka HC: Supplementary Chargesheet Only Additional Material Collected Against Accused Persons - 24.08.2021

Karnataka High Court has said that the supplementary charge sheet is only an additional material collected against the accused persons and that the provisions of Section 167(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, default bail cannot be made applicable to it.
