Supreme Court Issues Notice in Plea Challenging Dwarka Flyover Construction - 24.08.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice in a plea filed by 2 group housing societies against the development of National Highway in Dwarka by construction of flyover in Residential area allegedly without environment clearance.
