Calcutta HC Seeks Response on Plea Challenging Concept of 'Beneficial Nominees' - 23.08.2021

Calcutta High Court has issued notice on a plea challenging the constitutional validity of concept of 'Beneficial Nominees' under Section 39(7) of the Insurance Act, 1938 which was brought into force on December 26, 2014 vide the Insurance Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015.
