Allahabad HC: For Issuance of Proceeding u/s 82 Cr.P.C., IO to Seek Help of Court - 23.08.2021

Allahabad High Court has held that for issuance of proceeding under Section 82 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 [Cr. P.C], the investigating officer has to seek the help of the Court, and only under the orders of the Court proclamation under Section 482 Cr.P.C. can be issued.
