SC Disposes Plea Against Cow Slaughter, Elephant Poaching, Animal Killing - 23.08.2021

Supreme Court has disposed of a plea raising concerns of the slaughter of cows, poaching of elephants, killing of wild animals for crop protection and animal sacrifices in religious practices, observing that it is an aspect of enforcement and it is for the Executive to take appropriate action.
