SC Lifts Stay and Allows Judgment in Gulbarg Case - 23.02.2016

Supreme Court has cleared decks for trial court to pronounce its verdict in the matter in which communal mob killed 69 people, including ex-Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, during the 2002 post-Godhra riots in Gujarat.
