President Gives Assent to 105th Constitutional Amendment to Restore States' Power to Identify SEBCs - 20.08.2021

President of India, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind has given assent to the Constitution (One Hundred and Fifth Amendment) Act, 2021 which restores the power of State Governments to identify and specify Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBCs).
