Delhi HC Seeks Delhi Government Response Regarding Procedure for Medical Treatment - 19.08.2021

Delhi High Court has sought the Delhi Government's response regarding the procedure required to be followed by a woman suffering from serious illness and seeking directions on the State to provide her free medical treatment, after allegedly being deserted by her husband and in laws.
