Delhi HC Dismisses PIL Seeking Development of Gautampuri Area in Delhi - 19.08.2021

Delhi High Court has dismissed a Public Interest Litigation seeking development of the Gautampuri area in the national capital, upon observing that the Petitioner had not made even a single representation before the concerned authorities.
