Karnataka HC Issues Interim Directions to Ensure Proper Functioning of Forensic Science Laboratories - 19.08.2021

Karnataka High Court has issued several interim directions to ensure the proper functioning of the Forensic Science Laboratories in the state, observing that there is a gross violation of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949 on account of state machinery not performing its duties.
