Karnataka HC Directs State to Consider Issuing Directions/Advisory to Statutory Authorities - 19.08.2021

Karnataka High Court has directed the state government to consider issuing directions/advisory to all state-owned corporations and statutory authorities established under the state enactments to provide 1 per cent reservations in recruitment for transgenders.
