Bombay HC Directs Taloja Prison to Ensure Proper Medical Treatment for Prof Hany Babu - 18.08.2021

Bombay High Court has ordered Delhi University Associate Professor Hany Babu to be re-lodged in Taloja Prison following the report of a private hospital that he is 'fit for discharge'. The Court has directed the Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison to take the prisoner to JJ Hospital, as and when required for proper medical treatment.
