SC: Court Cannot Direct Continued Maintenance by Insurance Company of Prosthetic Limb - 18.08.2021

Supreme Court has observed that while determining compensation under the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, a Court cannot direct the continued maintenance by Insurance Company of a prosthetic limb for the injured claimant.
