CESTAT, Delhi: No Service Tax Applicable on Transporter of Firewood - 18.08.2021

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has ruled that no Service Tax is applicable on transporter of firewood as carting challan is not a consignment note.
